Jump with Jill Show Featured at Centennial Conclave

Conclave delegates and elementary kids from the Lansing (MI) area had fun and learned about food and exercise for health with Jill Jayne, The Rockstar Nutritionist. Jill is a KON member from Omicron Tau Chapter. After the Jump with Jill Show, Jill shared her experience of developing her Note to Health business and instructed delegates regarding activities they might conduct in campus communities. A handout is available to KON members that describes nutrition education through entertainment.

Conclave Resolution

The 2007 Assembly of Delegates approved a resolution on leadership. In summary, KON chapters are expected to
– Collaborate with unit administrators and faculty and/or with other honor societies on campus to determine ways to promote leadership during 2007-08 and 2008-09;
– Develop an action plan to promote leadership;
– Institute activities to promote leaderhsip, evaluate them, and revise to enhance their effectiveness; and
– Publicize accomplishments and recognize participants.
