Jennifer N. Tebb, graduate of Meredith College, was recently awarded the Eileen C. Maddex Fellowship for a master's degree in nutrition. Jennifer is interested in working as a nutrition and fitness professional to promote healthy lifestyles.
Jennifer has four areas of interest:
- Nutrition education, especially for community health programs
- Public health
- Sports nutrition
- Worksite wellness programs and policies
One project already planned involves her participation in providing nutrition education training for a community in Sakina, Tanzania.
This fellowship, a benefit of membership, is awarded annually.
